Luciana is an excellent professional, very competent. I can divide my evaluation into two points: service and procedure. The service was excellent, from the initial call to request information to the moment of the procedure itself, so I can say it was a 10 out of 10. Who doesn't like to be well taken care of?! Regarding the procedure, I would also say it was excellent. I was very nervous beforehand, I thought the pain in my finger would be unbearable, but it wasn't; it was very easy. She helped a lot by explaining how it was done, in addition to being super calm, careful, and very competent. 10 out of 10. I recommend her without a doubt.

I only have praise to describe her and gratitude for the excellent service and care she provided. I had a jigger flea infestation, was super nervous and scared. However, with all the care and attention she gave me, I ended up feeling calm throughout the entire removal process. Furthermore, the treatment environment is comfortable and welcoming.

My experience was wonderful, much better than I expected. I was in a very difficult situation and ended up finding her contact right here on Google. Luciana was super attentive and patient. I was in a lot of pain, even during the procedure, but she is an incredible professional, she reassured me throughout the entire procedure and gave me several instructions to continue with the care.
